Impound Information
Notice to all customers
We did not cause your accident. We did not arrest you. We did not park your car where it should not be parked.
We are here to do the job tasked to us by your local police department.
When retrieving your vehicle, please provide us with the required information listed below and we will make every effort to have you back on your way as quick as possible.
All vehicles are stored in our secure storage lot. Our premises are monitored and patrolled 24/7.
All police tows are payable by cash only. Checks & Credit Cards are not accepted to release a vehicle.
If your vehicle was towed as the result of an accident:
If you need to retrieve items from your vehicle, please call our office to make arrangements.
To release the vehicle, you will need the following:

Valid US Driver's License
- Vehicle must be driven off the lot by a driver with valid license
- Proof of Valid & Current Insurance
- Proof of Ownership (Owner must be present)
- Administrative paid receipt (If required)
- All police paperwork from the accident (Police / Accident Report)
There are no exceptions

If your vehicle has an administrative hold:
You must pay your administrative fee in person with the police department that called for the tow in order for it to be eligible for release.
